Our ultimate goal at Hardwood Next Wave is to develop life-long cycling ambassadors, from enthusiasts to World Cup athletes, where everyone can experience the values and joy cycling can foster.

Development team
To maintain a community where young girls and boys can learn and grow through the sport of cycling. With a model beginning in cross-country mountain biking, our focus is to develop youth within a system that embodies personal improvement, sportsmanship and self discovery.

Race team
To develop and empower athletes looking to perform and compete at the provincial, national and international levels. Through dedication, focus, and effort, our athletes are encouraged and prepared to compete within their discipline(s) at the highest level desired.

Masters team
To be the foundation for the Development Team and Race Team. By attracting like-minded individuals who are passionate about cycling, our aim is to assist the youth cycling community while enjoying the social, training, and racing elements that are prominent in an organized team structure.
